2. When submitting an investment proposal
Please be advised that by submitting your proposal to Seier Capital A/S or a subsidiary thereof, you authorise us to investigate further the opportunity with the assistance of our consultants listed under resources, our advisory board as well as, in some cases, external relevant industry experts and potential co-investors.
The acceptance by Seier Capital A/S or a subsidiary thereof in respect of receiving your proposal does not constitute the implicit or explicit establishment of an Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in respect thereof, unless such NDA is specifically agreed and signed.
It is very unusual for us to sign NDAs, so do not expect us to do so. We receive a large number of business proposals and ideas, often to some extent overlapping, which makes it difficult to establish the relevant scope on an NDA in an adequate way.
If you are concerned about this, consider reducing the amount of information you submit to us accordingly, while still presenting us with a reasonable basis for evaluating the value of your proposal.
We will endeavour to keep your proposal confidential inside the group of consultants, advisors and external experts and potential co-investors mentioned, but Seier Capital or a subsidiary thereof cannot be held responsible or liable for any breach of such confidentiality.
The above wording is solely subject to Danish law and jurisdiction, unless a written agreement to the contrary has been concluded.
